These Terms and Conditions apply to all workshops, holiday activities, weekly sessions, Science Days, Science Weeks, and Science Clubs organized by Naučni Svetić for the client (“The Client”). By enrolling in or participating in any of these programs, The Client agrees to comply with the following terms and conditions.
1. General Information
These terms and conditions govern the participation of students in the camps organized by Naučni Svetić. By enrolling in our camps, you (“parent/guardian”) agree to comply with the following terms.
2. Payment and Attendance Terms
By making a payment through our online payment system, you confirm that the payment will enable your child to attend our camps. Please note that payments will be accepted up to one hour before the camp begins.
Payment Method: Payments for camp registration can be made using credit or debit cards through our secure online payment system. We accept major card providers, including Visa, MasterCard, and others as available.
Method and Terms of Delivery: Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email, which will include details regarding the camp session your child is enrolled in. This confirmation serves as your receipt and guarantees your child’s participation in the selected camp.
Fulfilling Other Contractual Obligations: By making a payment, the Merchant agrees to fulfill all obligations regarding the registration and participation of your child in the camp, including providing the agreed-upon camp experience and any related services. Any additional information or materials required for your child’s participation, including camp schedules, rules, and guidelines, will be delivered to you as specified
3. Delivery of products and description of known restrictions
As each country defines the Laws about trade of goods and services, it may happen that INDEPENDENT OF US, some services calculate additional costs for our goods and services, (costs of postage, opening and control of packages, customs, re-delivery, change of delivery address etc. The recommendation is that before ordering the goods, check whether there are any special prohibitions for the country from which the order is placed. All costs according to the above are responsibility of client. There can therefore be possible additional costs. During the purchase process, a confirmation is sent to the customer's e-mail by which the service is implemented.
4. Camp Enrollment and Registration
Registration: Registration for each camp session is required to confirm participation. Enrollment is confirmed once payment is received.
Payment: Payment must be made in full prior to the start of the camp. If payment is not received by the due date, enrollment is not possible.
Fees: The cost of each camp session is as outlined on our website or registration form. This fee covers all activities, materials, and snacks provided during the camp.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation by Parent/Guardian: Cancellations must be made in writing and are subject to the following refund schedule:
14 days or more before camp starts: 50 percent refund.
Less than 14 days before camp starts: No refund, unless under exceptional circumstances.
Cancellation by Naučni Svetić: In the unlikely event that the camp is canceled by Naučni Svetić, a full refund will be provided.
In the case of returning goods and refunding funds to a customer who previously paid with one of the payment cards, in part or in full, and regardless of the reason for the return, [name of IPM] is obliged to make the refund exclusively via VISA, EC/MC, Maestro and Dinacard payment method, which means that the bank will refund the funds to the payment card user's account at the seller's request.
6. Protection of Merchant in case of complaint caused by exchange rate differences
All payments will be effected in Serbian currency – dinar (RSD). The amount your credit card account will be charged for is obtained through the conversion of the price in shown currency into Serbian dinar according to the current exchange rate of the Serbian National Bank. When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations/your issuing bank. As a result of this conversion there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated in our web site and your credit card bank statement. Thank you for your understanding.
7. Protection of financial transaction data
During payment card data entry, confidential information is transmitted via a public network in a protected (encrypted) form. Payment card information is not available to our system at any moment.
8. Health and Safety
Medical Information: Parents/guardians must provide accurate medical information at the time of registration. Any allergies, medical conditions, or special needs must be disclosed to ensure the safety of the participant.
Supervision: Camp participants will be supervised by qualified staff at all times. One member of staff will be trained in first aid and emergency procedures.
Emergency Procedures: In case of emergency, parents/guardians will be contacted immediately. If necessary, emergency medical services will be called.
9. Code of Conduct
Behavior Expectations: Participants are expected to behave respectfully and follow the instructions of camp staff. Failure to do so may result in removal from the camp without a refund.
Bullying: We have a zero-tolerance policy for bullying. Any behavior that threatens the safety or well-being of others will not be tolerated.
10. Photography and Media
Consent for Media: By enrolling in the camp, you consent to the use of photographs and videos taken during the camp for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, websites, and marketing materials. If you do not wish for your child to appear in any media, please inform us in writing prior to the camp start date.
11. Liability
Waiver of Liability: Parents/guardians agree to release and hold harmless Naučni Svetić, its employees, contractors, and agents from any liability related to injury, loss, or damage sustained during participation in the camp. This includes injuries sustained while engaging in camp activities or traveling to and from the camp location.
Insurance: It is recommended that parents provide their own personal insurance for medical coverage during the camp. Naučni Svetić will provide basic accident insurance, but it is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to ensure adequate coverage.
12. Personal Belongings
Responsibility for Belongings: Naučni Svetić is not responsible for lost or stolen items. We recommend labeling personal items with the participant’s name and asking children to take responsibility for their belongings.
Items to Bring: Participants are advised to bring [list of necessary items, e.g., comfortable clothing, water bottle, sunscreen, etc.]. A detailed list will be provided upon registration.
13. Schedule and Changes
Schedule Changes: Naučni Svetić reserves the right to adjust the schedule, change activities, or make necessary alterations to the program due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, staffing, etc.). Any major changes will be communicated to parents/guardians in advance.
Late Arrival/Early Departure: Parents/guardians are asked to ensure that participants arrive and depart on time. Late arrivals and early departures may disrupt the program and must be arranged with the camp coordinator in advance.
14. Data Protection and Privacy Statement
We are committed to protecting your privacy. No extra data will be collected beyond what is necessary for the processing of your order. The Merchant is obliged to provide a statement on the collection, protection, and use of personal data at the online point of sale.
Collection and Use of Personal Data: The Merchant may collect personal data, such as name, address, email, and payment details, necessary for fulfilling your order. The terms of data collection and further use are described below:
1. Use of Internet Cookies and Other Technologies
We may use cookies, tracking technologies, and third-party services to collect data to improve your experience. These technologies may be used for analytics, advertising, or enhancing website functionality.
2. Ensuring Security of Personal Data
We are committed to ensuring the security of your personal data. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction.
3. Updating Personal Data
You may update your personal information at any time through your account settings or by contacting our customer service team.
4. Data Collection on Children
We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected personal data from a child, we will take steps to delete that data.
Marketing Campaigns and Third-Party Use of Data: You are given the option to decline participation in marketing campaigns and to opt out of sharing your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. If the Merchant intends to send promotional material using personal data obtained from e-commerce transactions, you will be informed beforehand and given the option to decline.
Legal Compliance: In accordance with the Law on Personal Data Protection, the Merchant will take all legally prescribed actions regarding data collection, storage, and processing. This includes ensuring that consumers are aware of how their data is used and providing them with the opportunity to manage their preferences.
15. Additional Payment Information
Payment by card is realized in cooperation with AllSecure doo and OTP bank is done in a safe and certified way through the AllSecure Paymet Gateway, by simply entering data from the payment card.
After entering the card data and confirming the payment, the bank authorizes the transaction and thus the order is approved and enters the further process of preparation for delivery. The amount will be reserved on your card (account) and will not be available for any other purpose.
The transaction will be completed and the amount deducted from your account only when the products are prepared for transport and handed over to the courier service. In case the payment is not completed, that is, the amount is not removed from the account within 14 days from the acceptance of your order, the order will be canceled and deleted. After the expiry of the period of 14 days, the money reserved in your account is released and will be available to you again. After that, you can repeat the same or a new order, and make a payment related to them.
Check with the bank that issued the card whether your card supports payment via the Internet. When entering payment card data, confidential information is transmitted via a public network in a protected (encrypted) form using the SSL protocol, using the most modern methods of tokenization of sensitive data, and in accordance with PCI-DSS standards. Payment card information is never available to the merchant.
3D Secure protection for all merchants and customers - AllSecure Payment Gateway uses the highest global standards of data protection and privacy. All merchants using the AllSecure Payment Gateway are automatically included in 3D-Secure protection, thus guaranteeing the security of purchases to customers. Customers' payment card numbers are not stored on the merchant's system, and the registration itself is protected by SSL data encryption.
PCI DSS Standards - AllSecure Payment Gateway constantly complies with all requirements of card organizations in order to increase the security level of merchants and customers. From 2005 to today, without interruption, the system has been certified as PCI-DSS Level 1, which represents the highest standard in the industry. PCI Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) is a norm that defines the necessary security measures for processing, storing and transmitting sensitive card data. PCI Standards protect sensitive data about the cardholder during the entire payment process: from the moment of data entry at the merchant's point of sale, during communications between the merchant and relevant banks and card organizations, as well as later storage of such data.
In the case of a refund to a customer who previously paid with one of the payment cards, partially or in full, and regardless of the reason for the refund, this refund is made exclusively via the same DINA, VISA, Maestro or MasterCard that was used for payment. This means that our bank will refund the funds to the cardholder's account at our request.
