Important information for camps

1.Interactive experiments and hands on crafting (half day) 
-Drop off 8.30. Classes from 9.30 - 1.30. Pick up at 1.30. (Parents or guardians must pick up children on time. If someone other than the parent or guardian is picking up the child, prior notification is required.) 
-Two 30 minute breaks will be held to make sure kids stay attentive. 
-Groups will be separated by age and ability. 
-Will be taught entirely in English
-Children should wear comfortable clothing suitable for crafting
-Parents should ensure that all personal items (lunchboxes, water bottles, jackets) are labeled with the child’s name to avoid confusion.


*If a child is feeling unwell, parents should notify the camp, and the child should stay home to prevent the spread of illness.
*Snacks should be provided by parents by parents due to different dietary requirements 
*Younger grouped children must be toilet trained. 
*Parents should inform the camp in advance if their child has any special needs or requires specific accommodations.

2.Interactive experiments, hands on crafting and sports (full day camp) 
-Drop off 8.30. Classes from 9.30 - 4. Pick up at 4. (Parents or guardians must pick up children on time. If someone other than the parent or guardian is picking up the child, prior notification is required, pick up location will be dependent on sports activity for the day, will be no longer than 20 minutes drive from the Center of Belgrade) 
-Two 30 minute breaks will be held to make sure kids stay attentive with a one hour lunch break.
-Groups will be separated by age and ability. 
-Will be taught entirely in English
-Children should wear comfortable clothing suitable for crafting and sports. Optional to bring a spare pair of clothes. 
-Parents should ensure that all personal items (lunchboxes, water bottles, jackets) are labeled with the child’s name to avoid confusion.
